Roof Manufacturing

RoofWright was designed around a parametric CAD model - this means that components are created in the computer model in the same location that they would actually appear in reality. As a result, we undertake complex manufacturing operations including-

  • Composite cuts on jack rafters
  • Arrow cutting on rafters
  • Complex glazing calculations
  • Flat-pack checks to identity whether a roof can be flat-packed
  • Chart-based or algorithm-based structural analysis
  • Portal frame manufacture
  • Gable frame sizing for manufacture

Manufacturing is an option with RoofWright Silver or RoofWright Gold.
