SupportWe provide three different maintenance and support options. Software Updates only This provides you with software updates only - typically 2-3 disks per year. We have a policy of continuing product development, and many minor enhancements are made available in every release. The updates are posted to you on a regular basis. In addition, you can download patches from the web site as required. The cost of this is £125+VAT per license.Volume discounts are available if required. Professional Support This is designed for the more serious professional company. It includes regular software updates, plus unlimited access to our support desk. We can also provide internet support if required*. The cost of this is £300+VAT per license. Volume discounts are available if required. Bespoke Support This is designed for larger cutomers who have customised pricing, manufacturing or special design templates or reports. Given the varied nature of differing customer requirements we can provide you with a quotation for this. |
