It’s worth explaining each feature in more detail:-

RoofWright Gold

RoofWright Gold, as you may know, is our top-of-the range conservatory and orangery sales software. It includes all 3D presentations, bespoke designs, a wide variety of orangeries, photo-overlays, automated pricing and a host of other features.

A Specially Selected High-End Laptop

Some customers unfortunately purchase laptops before they speak to us. Often this isn’t a problem, but sometimes they are sold a machine which is not up to the job (and not necessarily a cheap laptop either – you’d be amazed at the relatively poor specifications of some very expensive laptops!). We’ll take the headache out of choosing and configuring a laptop for you. And it comes with a manufacturer’s 3 year on-site warranty package – you need to minimise downtime in the unlikely event of hardware failure.

A Portable Wireless Printer

Again, we include this to give you the flexibility of printing out reports in the customer’s house. This simple tool can immediately eliminate delays and enable the customer to sign off detailed customised documents on the spot.

Full Roof, Frame and base-work Price set up*

When selling, calculating prices is an annoying distraction, and is a very quick way for the customer to lose interest in your presentation. RoofWright can calculate prices on the fly, but to do this it needs a detailed understanding of your pricing structure. Part of the value of doing this is it will force you to review your prices. I can’t think of a single example where doing this hasn’t saved a customer significant costs. There’s almost always something being over-priced which a price review will bring out into the open!

Full RoofWright Sales Training

No tool gets used properly unless its operator has been trained. Although RoofWright is very easy to use, there are a lot of very high value features, and we can show you ways of using them which will immediately get your customer saying “wow” and making the sales process a real pleasure.

Full base-work configuration

A little known benefit of RoofWright is that it can calculate accurate base-work diagrams for your bricklayers. In order to do this, we configure it to understand your base-work rules (including doorway deductions, squint brick returns and how you handle changes of wall height around corners.

Set up of contract documentation

Your contract is probably the most critical document in your business. What you supply to your customer had better match what you say in the contract, or you’re exposing yourself to the risk of disputes. With the current range of TV programmes explaining to customers how best to complain and obtain compensation, it’s something best avoided wherever possible. So we’ll help you put together an automated contract containing EXACTLY what you’re prepared to supply, together with list of exclusions and jobs which are the customer’s responsibility. If they say they’re going to build a base, then your contract will make that clear. This is a game-changer, and you’ll be able to sleep at night knowing that you’ve got everything covered.

Comprehensive report customisation

Every piece of paperwork you give to your customer is an opportunity to reinforce (or weaken) their opinion of you. So we work through your reports and ensure that they each reflect the “personality” of your business.

Automated contract production

Your sales contract is the most critical document you will give to the customer. We can automate production of this, guaranteeing that the customer gets a clear description of exactly what you are supplying. Because it can contain diagrams and a full sales checklist, the risk of customers misunderstanding your proposal is massively reduced (and hence the likelihood of you getting into a dispute with them).

Strategic business consultancy

I don’t do consultancy any more – I’d rather sell our products than my time. However, I want to ensure that you make a success of this offer. So I’ll spend 4 sessions of 1 hour each working through how we integrate your sales process with our selling tools. RoofWright planning is a tool which is used to create planning applications directly from RoofWright. Typical jobs can be drawn up and submitted within a couple of hours.
